How do you Relax?
Monday's are my catch up days. I spend it doing my house chores, administrative work, and planning my week. By the afternoon, I can start to tell I need a boost. To be honest, my go to is a cup of coffee yet that is not the best for bedtime. Do you experience that too? Bye bye twenties!
I wanted to add a clean scent to my room. I love Essential oils and often reach for them; cleaning, cooking & balance my health. In my mopping, I reached for Lemon, water, and vinegar! The crisp clean scent boosted my afternoon lull plus lemon cleanses, purifies and offers a fresh scent. I also love that it is safe for my pups! With a crazy schedule week ahead, I make sure to spend time rejuvenating myself. I am sure you have heard that saying, An empty cup can't fill anything. I love bath salts.
